A: Only if requested and it will delay processing time. You can request a proof in the order notes.
Q: My package was marked delivered but I did not receive it?
A: Check the neighbors and double check you have the correct address. If you still have not located it, please contact us and we will communicate with the shipping carrier. They will provide us with GPS coordinates of where the package was left and we can determine the next steps.
Q: What happens if I miss-spell?
A: Please double check the spelling. Once the item is purchased it goes straight into production and will not be able to make changes.

The blanket quality was great and the embroidery is stunning - probably the best embroidery job I've seen and I monogram and embroider everything!! The blanket color is very off, it stated cream (and photos show an ivory/off-white) but it is pure butter yellow - sadly it's not the look I was going for. The company did reply to my email inquiring if I received the correct color and stood by it was their version of cream, so my loss.
My granddaughter was very pleased!
