Do you provide proofs?

Only if requested and it will delay processing time. 

You request a proof when you are doing the personalization portion of your order.

I need this sign sooner than the estimated date?

Please message us via our contact form or through chat.

Do the wooden signs come with hanging hardware?

Yes, we include a saw-tooth hanger with every sign. It will come in a small plastic bag uninstalled.

What marker do you recommend for writing on my wooden sign?

Sharpie will work fine!

Will the marker bleed on my wooden signs?

No, the wood is sealed and will not bleed.

 My package was marked delivered but I did not receive it?

Check with your neighbors and double-check that you entered the correct address. If you still have not located it, please contact us and we will communicate with the shipping carrier. They will provide us with GPS coordinates of where the package was left and we can determine the next steps.

What happens if I misspell something?

Please double-check the spelling. You can also select to receive a proof within 24 hours when you choose to personalize it.


Once the item is purchased and confirmed, it goes straight into production. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we can’t make changes after that point.

Can I send you a picture to match my nursery?

Absolutely! Place your order and then send us pictures with reference to the order number and we will help when you receive your mock-up.

Can I cancel my order?

We allow a 12-hour cancellation window for our customers. Please contact us as quickly as possible with your order number to help expedite the process. However, if we have begun production on your custom sign or blanket, we can no longer offer cancellations.
